Implementation of the Inter-American Human Rights System’s decisions (Only in Spanish)

This publication attempts to collect, in a non-exhaustive but representative way, some of the thoughts, innovative studies and proposals, presented during the forum by a diverse group of authors with different perspectives. Among the explored topics in their contributions are included, for example, the synergy between the Inter-American System of Human Rights and the international criminal law; the dialogue experiences between the Inter-American System of Human Rights and the judicial bodies of each State; the role of the public defenders; actors and conditions of the Justice Administration that facilitate compliance with international decisions.
