Since the first edition published in 1997, this compilation has helped hundreds of people (academics, human rights defenders, victims and their relatives) on their way to obtain justice with the Inter-American protection bodies.

This publication gathers the main contents of Inter-American human rights law, including the regulations and statutes of the Inter-American Court and Commission, as well as updated data on the status of their ratification.
