Summaries of Jurisprudence: Equality and Non-discrimination. Updated edition (only in Spanish)

In the year 2000, the Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL) published the volume “Equality and Non-discrimination”, introducing their collection of Summaries of Jurisprudence, intended to make available information -organized from thematic axes– about standards of inter-American jurisprudence for human rights defenders, and in this way optimize its access and use.

Several years after that first step, the collection turned into reference material for a large part of the international community of human rights defenders and it has extended its contents by including decisions from other regional organizations.

As a result, CEJIL decided to update its first volume, adding standards developed by the European Court of Human Rights and the latest guidelines developed by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights linked to guarantees of equality and non-discrimination, as well as a thematic index that allows cross-checking of the texts contained in the volume.
