Montevideo and Washington D. C., March 11, 2013.-Today the Center for Justice and International Law and the New Media Advocacy Project (N-MAP) will launch 2 videos on social media and mainstream media. The videos seek to promote the reopening of cases for crimes committed during the military dictatorship of Uruguay (1973-1985). Both co-productions have as its starting point the emblematic Gelman case, whose sentence was issued on February 24, 2011 by the Inter-American Court. The videos will be available here.
