Updated edition (only in Spanish)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">In the year 2000, the Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL) published the volume \u201cEquality and Non-discrimination\u201d, introducing their collection of <em>Summaries of Jurisprudence<\/em>, intended to make available information -organized from thematic axes\u2013 about standards of inter-American jurisprudence for human rights defenders, and in this way optimize its access and use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">Several years after that first step, the collection turned into reference material for a large part of the international community of human rights defenders and it has extended its contents by including decisions from other regional organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">As a result, CEJIL decided to update its first volume, adding standards developed by the European Court of Human Rights and the latest guidelines developed by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights linked to guarantees of equality and non-discrimination, as well as a thematic index that allows cross-checking of the texts contained in the volume.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":8183,"template":"","meta":[],"categories":[131,148,187,151],"class_list":["post-7251","publicaciones","type-publicaciones","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-2016-en","category-compilations-of-jurisprudence","category-regional-en","category-women-rights"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publicaciones\/7251","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publicaciones"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/publicaciones"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/8183"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7251"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cejil.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=7251"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
