Students or graduates with a career orientation towards human rights work are also considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"rtejustify\">Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish (particularly for the Washington D.C. office). Knowledge of Portuguese is valuable if applying to the Brazil office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Translation experience is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with web editing and social media<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work in teams and with an editor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong research skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working in NGOs is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"rtejustify\">Job Description<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The communications intern will be actively involved in communications activities under the guidance of a staff member.
