The central theme this year is &#8220;For a comprehensive policy against the global drug problem in the Americas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During this period, the General Assembly will elect three Commissioners of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (CIDH). Also be submitted for approval various draft resolutions, among which are the remarks to the Annual Report 2012 of the IACHR and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, as well as draft resolution &#8220;Inter-American Convention against Racism, Racial Discrimination and Related Intolerance &#8220;and&#8221; Inter-American Convention against All Forms of Discrimination and Intolerance. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>As part of the 43rd General Assembly of the OAS, the Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL), the Myrna Mack and the Convergence Foundation for Human Rights in Guatemala, made a public event on &#8220;Contributions for Comprehensive Policy on Security &#8220;on June 4, 2013 from 2:30 to 5:00 pm at the Hotel Porta in Antigua, Guatemala.
