Implementation of Decisions of the Inter-American Human Rights System. Jurisprudence, Regulations, and National Experiences.

This volume includes some discussions and solutions that have been given from comparative law and international law, to comply with the decisions of the Inter-American Human Rights system protection in every country.

Lighten legislative and policy initiatives to advance on the implementation of decisions, and some of the doctrinal and jurisprudential debates. It also includes texts of legislation and judgments organized from countries that were drafted.

The publication includes texts of existing legislation, draft laws and court decisions of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Panamá, Paraguay and Perú, which in some way respond to the challenges of local implementation decisions given by international bodies.
