CEJIL takes part in hearings before Inter-American Court of Human Rights
The Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Venezuela will stand trial for a number of violations

CEJIL will take part in the upcoming session of hearings before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights running from June 27 to July 9 with cases against the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Ecuador.
The cases will deal with the forced disappearance of journalist and university professor Narciso Gónzalez (González Medina y familiares vs. República Dominicana), the assassination of seven members of the same family (Familia Barrios vs Venezuela) and the rights of indigenous peoples (Pueblo Indígena Kichwa de Sarayaku vs Ecuador).
